• Check products regularly for wear and tear, replacing when necessary

Our ordering process is simpler than teaching a cat to fetch:

We’re quick as a cat chasing a laser pointer! Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Our Return Policy

We offer returns within 15 days of receipt if:

• Items are unused, unopened (where applicable), and in original packaging
• All tags are attached
• You have proof of purchase

7.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

• Opened Cat Dental Care products
• Opened Cat Supplements & Vitamins
• Opened Catnip Cat Toys
• Opened or damaged Cat Food (unless packaging is sealed and undamaged)

7.3 Return Process

1. Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Await our response with return instructions (within 2 business days)
3. Package the item securely in original packaging if possible
4. Include a copy of your order confirmation
5. Ship to our return address using a trackable method

7.4 Refunds

• Processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
• Applied to your original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• Allow 5-10 business days for refund to appear in your account
