At FelineJoy Shop, we want you and your feline friend to be completely happy with every purchase. If your cat turns up their nose at a new toy or if something isn’t quite right (we know how picky cats can be!), our returns process is as simple as a cat’s stretch in the sun.

Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. All items must be in their original condition – unused, unopened (where applicable), and with all tags still attached. Because we specialize in cat products, we understand that some items may need special consideration:

Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on Cat Dental Care products, Cat Supplements & Vitamins, or Catnip Cat Toys once opened. Cat food may only be returned if the packaging is unopened and undamaged.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps (even simpler than teaching your cat to high-five!):

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request. Use our handy template below to make sure you include all the necessary details.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our customer care team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package It Up: Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship It Back: Send the package to our return address (provided in your RMA email) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

Want to swap for a different color of that cat bed or try another toy? The process is the same as returns – just let us know in your email what you’d like instead. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your original payment method will be credited (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (depending on your financial institution)

International Returns

For our international customers (excluding Asia and certain remote areas):

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional charges
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method
